good one, and has worked well. The Ceylon

Ordinance is a bit complicated but in one or two

respects might be useful. I think those two

would be sufficient.

There is no point that I

know of in sending the British Guiana and Northern

Rhodesia Ordinances, and I do not much like the

look of the Aden Ordinance.

It is apparently

based on Indian law, and at a first glance I see

one or two odd things about it.
